The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role involves close collaboration with department heads, senior management, and the finance team to support the financial planning and analysis functions of the medical center. The Finance Department at at our hosptial is responsible for managing the financial operations of the facility, including budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. Our team works diligently to ensure the financial stability and growth of the medical center. Job Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget. Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial targets are met and provide financial insights to support their operations. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and board meetings. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus and will earn a quick interview.
