Job Title: Financial Analyst Location: Carmel, Indiana Supervisor Title: Manager, Corporate Finance JOB SUMMARY The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting SePRO's financial operations with a focus on supporting the budgeting process, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial reporting. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Maintain financial forecasts and provide insights into budget variances and financial performance. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Perform variance analysis to identify trends and variances and present actionable insights. Reporting: Support update of monthly reporting packages and analyze financial results for unique insights to share with key stakeholders. Complete ad-hoc analysis as requested. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance with a focus on budgeting and FP&A preferred. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Excellent communication with the ability to convey financial information in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of working collaboratively with teammates to drive process improvements. Demonstrated curious learner.
