Financial Analyst

Summary: Our growing, manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The Senior Financial Analyst will work on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and operational analysis. Our client offers a hybrid work environment and room for growth.

Responsibilities Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI.Collaborate with operations, accounting, and management teams to analyze and improve cost structures.Support month-end close processes and prepare accurate financial reports.Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and financial performance.Lead financial modeling efforts to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.4 years of finance experience.Experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar industry.Experience with Excel and Power BI.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
