FINANCIALANALYST

Rockwall county disposable foodservice products company seeks a Full-time Financial Analyst to work at its office in Rockwall, TX. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor 's degree in Finance or Economics or Accounting or Business Administration with 6 months of prior Financial Analyst or Accountant or Business Analyst experience.

Candidate duties will include:

Assisted in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, including margin analysis and commentary for variances to the prior year and plan.
Assisted in the development of the annual business plan and monthly forecasts.
Created financial models for business plans and monthly forecasts in alignment with company-wide goals.
Provided support for the preparation of business review presentations and completed work on special projects for upper management.
Oriented to continuous performance improvement coupled with root cause analysis.
Performed advanced analytics, including defining, measuring, and communicating core metrics and providing insights to business leaders.
Provided support in creating, maintaining, and reporting of sales commission and rebate programs, with a focus on manufacturing-related data.
Created and maintained dashboards and financial reports in Oracle BI.

Candidate must have Microsoft Office Specialist Certification, and 6 months of work experience using Microsoft Excel, SPSS Statistics/SAP, Microsoft Power BI Data, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP/NetSuite Oracle ERP system, R language and Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications VBA. Candidate must have taken 2 finance-related courses. Salary: $80,434.
