Job Description Summary:
We're seeking a Finance Analyst to join the SMB Finance team at PayPal. In this role, you will support financial planning processes, track performance and partner closely with the SMB Commercial and Channel Partner Sales team. This is a varied role in scope, entailing tracking and understanding business drivers, financial performance as well as closely working with the SMB leadership and Finance teams.

In this role, you can expect to:
Own monthly,quarterlyand annual forecast models ofSMB across BrandedCheckout.

Performs SMB payments consolidation, covering Branded Checkout and PayPal Processing.

Providingreal time insight into business performance and financial results of topline, perform variance and sensitivity analyses on (daily/weekly/monthly) revenue/margin performance forChannel Partners,verticalsand products.

Identifyingkey business levers,establishcause & effect, perform analyses, and communicate key findings to various stakeholders up-and-down the organization tofacilitatedata-driven decision-making.

Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to strategically advise onfinancial impactandimprove business performance.

Use business intelligence dashboards and reporting to advise and inform the Finance team and executive leadership on business unit and product performance.

To thrive in this role, you have:
Minimum 2years of experience in finance/FP&A roles or related fields/functions and comfortable with toplinefinancial management; prior experience at high-growth technology or financial technology startups a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Advanced Proficiency with MSOfficespecifically with Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience &demonstratedinterest in building and challenging financial models.

Experience or willingness to learn large database manipulation through standard access tools, such as SQL and reporting tools (Essbase).

Detail-oriented, highly analytical individual who strives for excellence and wants to be part ofa great team.

Demonstrated experience in reporting and budget processes in matrixed environments.

High energy anda true desireto understand the drivers of the business.

Excellent Englishproficiency.

A team-oriented mentality and a positive attitude.
