Financial And Business Operations Manager

Description We are seeking a Financial & Business Operations (F&BO) Manager to lead our team in the Mission Solutions Business Area, Mission Information Solutions and Technology Division (MISTD).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Program Finance Analysts, providing leadership in financial operations, and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial policies and regulations.
You will also collaborate with senior leadership on business strategies and financial objectives.

Responsibilities Manage a growing portfolio of programs Lead preparation of AOP, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews Collaborate with business development, capture management, and pricing teams Oversee the budgeting/forecasting process Provide leadership and direction to the Division's financial operations Ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies and regulations Manage a team of business finance professionals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field 8+ years of relevant experience in finance operations Experience supervising or leading teams or projects Ability to analyze financials and advise senior management Knowledge of FAR, CAS and GAAP US citizenship required Preferred Qualifications CPA certification and/or MBA preferred Good presentation skills Eligibility for a TS/SCI security clearance
