Financial Controller Opportunity Description
Our client is a growing provider of medical and non-medical Home Care.
They have a current opening for a Financial Controller.
This position is based in the Rockland County, NY area.
They are looking for a hands-on financial leader to manage the company's finance and reimbursement functions.
Medicare Home Health or Private Duty Home Care financial leadership experience is required.

Financial Controller Job Requirements Home Health or Private Duty Home Care financial leadership experience required. Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement preferred.
Medicaid / Insurance reimbursement knowledge required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or other related area. CPA preferred.
Financial Controller Job Responsibilities Oversight of financial functions including: Billing, AR / AP, Budgeting, Cost Reporting, Financial Reporting, Tax Preparation, Ledgers & Financial Statements etc. Lead accounting and billing team members. Monitor KPI's and Metrics for reporting and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate and mentor operational leaders.
