Our customers include Ford, GM, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, Siemens, GE, Pratt & Whitney and a variety of other major international companies. Froude is headquartered in Novi, Michigan USA and we have a manufacturing center in Worcester, United Kingdom.
The Role and Responsibilities: Reporting to Froude's Executive Director and supporting Managing Group Director
Strategy o Communicating and aligning the vision and strategy through involvement with various aspects of the company operation's including finance, sales, production, human resource, communications, facilities and any other aspect requiring alignment
o Reinforcing direction and ensuring individual personal focus as well as formal company direction is consistent and well understood
o Providing action, execution, direction, decisions and overall broad guidance and day to day implementation
Systems o Support and direct the construction or modification of internal systems of the company for efficiency, fit company needs & resources, alignment with strategy, consistency with personnel resources and use of the most contemporary and effective tools
o Identify the need for systems, gather the appropriate resources (people or experience), construct the system, communicate the system to all stakeholders, test, modify and ensure continued improvement
Growth o Provide insight and guidance to individuals and the overall company to ensure adaptation to contemporary business environments, processes, tools, practices and to ensure growth and progress in keeping the company's employees current and efficient
Special projects o Support the Senior Team and Executive Director with topics & tasks effecting the strategy, overall development and ultimate success of the company
Finance o Staff, guide and implement complete financial operations for Worcester and Novi facilities. Coordinate, manage and control all company finance issues and performance in every aspect.
IT o Supervision of IT Manager and any IT activities
o IT planning and capital expenditures
o Novi local IT issues management
o Accounting/Finance/Operations software tools management
Finance & IT Special Projects Supervision: o Plan, execute and critique special projects involving Finance, Accounting & Operations management emphasizing the coordination, communication and measurement of said systems
o Supervise Special Projects staff
