About the Role:

Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow projections and manage working capital to ensure the financial health of the organization. Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce financial risks. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business objectives. Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
