Dare to make an impact? YOUR ROLE Summary of the position: The Financial Controlling Analyst will support the processes and tasks of the North America Financial Controlling team. The position will be based in Rocky Hill, CT. Job Responsibilities: Support the activities for Henkel's businesses in the financial systems (mainly SAP), particularly during month-end close Work with stakeholders on topics including fixed assets, T&E, and financial controlling Liase with Manila and Mexico GBS+ teams on process improvement Liaise with the Business to ensure their financial results are reported accurately and in a timely manner Analyze assigned systems, policies, and procedures and recommend change as necessary Assist with other financial projects, particularly M&A activity, as required YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required MBA or CPA a plus Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in the areas of business analysis, cost analysis, management reporting, or related field Advanced analytical capabilities Strong leadership abilities Excellent technology skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel and related programs; experience with SAP a plus • Demonstrated project management and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
