Keys:
Engage in strategic collaboration with senior executives, contributing to profound insights and financial models in areas such as retention predictions, campaign planning and tracking, assessing the ROI of strategic investments, managing event execution and tracking, optimizing strategic resource allocation, and setting priorities.
Partner closely with the accounting team to streamline and enhance monthly and quarterly financial closing processes.
Deliver impactful Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that offer valuable foresight and decision-making support.
Compile and meticulously review forecasting reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Champion weekly, quarterly, and annual booking achievements at the Area/Segment level, while also taking the lead in P& L forecasting.
Possess an in-depth understanding of internal and external factors influencing performance and trends, with the ability to clearly communicate these drivers.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams in Accounting and Operations, ensuring seamless execution of plans.
Monitor monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actual results to expectations, enabling business partners to effectively manage their resources.
Provide comprehensive monthly reports to business partners, highlighting financial outcomes and recommended actions.
Continuously evaluate performance to date and assess potential opportunities and risks.

Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in finance or a related field.
Previous experience in problem-solving using statistical analysis or handling substantial data sets, particularly in fields like derivatives, structured finance, business analytics, or a similarly demanding analytical role.
Preference given to candidates with experience in creating dashboards and operational dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A solid understanding of ad-hoc analysis.
Proven expertise in reporting dashboards.
Desired experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Familiarity with variance analysis.
Proficiency in Excel formulas.
Adeptness with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools.
A problem-solving mindset, actively listening to customer cues and addressing issues with grace and integrity.
Capable of crafting and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences.
A strong background in problem-solving through statistical analysis or working with extensive data sets, such as in derivatives, structured finance, business analytics, or a similarly rigorous and analytical role.
Experience in financial analysis and planning, with go-to-market experience being a plus.
Preferred knowledge of spreadsheet and ERP systems.
