Seeking candidates with Construction and Accounting Background only.
Experience and job duties :
GAAP, EOS, Commercial Contracts, P & L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow budgeting and forecasting, Taxes, Insurance, Liens, All aspects of accounting in construction
Customer, Vendor, and Subcontractor relations
Oversee A/R, A/P, Payroll, Benefits and Collection Departments
We are looking for the right candidate that has a hard work ethic and can work with the most professional team in our industry. The candidate must have a great positive energetic personality. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have critical thinking skills, and good judgement for all phases of accounting for each project.
Work directly with the owner daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
