DutiesServe as the Financial Management Analyst within the Budget Branch, Management Support Directorate (MSD), Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-9.Formulate and execute the internal budget for three major appropriations.Analyze budgetary impact of new or revised legislation.Allocate funds in assigned areas based on an analysis of budget estimates, historical expenditures, projected workload, and approved funding.Serve as the Defense Travel System agent.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentAppointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.Position may require temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 5% of the time.This position requires a Financial Management Level 3 certification within two years of employment.
