We are their partner, providing Financial Management Services (FMS) to support them in paying their support/care workers and service vendors and performing multiple administrative responsibilities.
As a Financial Management Services (FMS) Manager, you play a key role in quality data management and customer service.
Salary: $50,980 yearly
Your day-to-day work includes:
Support to individuals in managing their service budget and expenditures in accordance with program rules and agency policiesData entry and review of payable invoicesDetailed review of payrollProcessing employer, employee and vendor documentsRelationship management through excellent customer service- with people receiving services, their case managers/service coordinators, employees, families, and vendors primarily through phone and email interactions.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skillsExperience with financial management systems including accuracy in budgeting and data entry and reviewComputer skills in Microsoft office, particularly Excel Excellent math and analytical skillsStrong written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal instruction but seek assistance when neededAbility to manage workload that includes a high number of daily communications, processing deadlines and data entry and reviewPrevious experience supporting children or adults with disabilities preferredCollege degree preferred
