Required Skills and Experience * BA/BS in Finance or Accounting 5-7+ years' experience in a business finance, financial management or accounting position Manufacturing plant experience Accounting experience: cost accounting, WIP, inventory accounting, and month end close Finance experience: variance reporting, flex analysis, annual plans, long range plans, capital projects, forecasting reports, A proven track record of reporting and utilizing financial information to drive business performance. This person will be responsible for oversite of the manufacturing facility finances within a specific division of the company. He/she will be responsible for driving financial performance, assist with scheduling and planning of plant operations to meet inventory goals, streamline processes, forecast and analyze material costs, and assessment of the P&L. This person will also be developing and loading accurate Financial Plans such as the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the Quarterly Forecasts.
