Internship Program Requirements:
Educational Background:
Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8 GPA.
Transportation:
Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
Geographical Flexibility:
Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
Background Check:
Successful completion of a background check is required.
Availability:
Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

JOB SUMMARY
FP&A's role is to partner with business leaders to drive actions that improve financial performance and forecasting. This role will provide insightful information related to driver-based performance and forecasting, emphasizing understanding variances versus annual plans/forecasts.
Job Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams to analyze and report monthly results.
Provide variance analysis compared to the most recent forecast/Annual Plan.
Provide analytical support to the global business unit teams to understand business unit drivers of performance.
Undertake special projects for business leadership and FP&A leads as needed.
Job Requirements
Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-focused mindset are necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Possess initiative and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with local colleagues to provide insight and support strategic goals.
Dedication to utilizing technology applications that are critical to performing accounting functions.
