Title: Manager, FP&A (Corporate, SaaS) Compensation: 150K to 160K + Bonus & Equity Environment: Hybrid 1 - 2 days per month, Alexandria, VA Our client, a leading Software Development firm, is seeking an experienced FP&A Leader to join their growing, fast-paced team. The Manager of FP&A will assist the CFO and is primarily responsible for coordinating with Accounting team, overseeing internal and external reporting on an ongoing basis, leading periodic planning, and forecasting processes, and being a business partner to other departments. We are a technology company and seek opportunities to leverage technology and innovation to solve for the core operational functions of the business. Additionally, experience with streamlining processes, a multitude of systems and being able to think outside the box will allow you to be successful in this role. Responsibilities: Oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting processes including assistance with month-end close in partnership with accounting team. Presentation of monthly financial data to management, providing insight and detail into fluctuations as needed. Maintenance of the annual revenue recognition memo, updating for new product lines. Advise the business interdepartmentally on accounting impacts of each new product. Debt compliance package review and submission. Quarterly investor reporting package preparation. Required Experience: 6+ years of experience working in financial or public accounting roles with increasing responsibilities. MBA Experience with subscription businesses Experience collaborating with teams (inter and intra departmental).
