Financial/Pricing Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our Bernardsville, NJ client in their search for a Financial Analyst with a Pricing focus. This is a temp to perm position and is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with an excellent company culture.
Job Description: Develop and refine pricing strategies for new product launches and expansion into new markets for existing products.Ensure comprehensive cost input for domestically produced items.Analyze and compare profitability models against set performance targets.Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate various pricing strategies in relation to customer demands and internal objectives.Contribute to quarterly forecasting activities and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.Assist with volume adjustments related to CAPEX project submissions.Qualifications: Strong foundation in corporate finance and data analysis.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.4-6 years of experience in a Finance Analyst role.Familiarity with integrated financial systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential. Advanced Excel skills for spreadsheet management, charting, and graphics are required.Understanding of accounting systems and internal controls.Highly analytical with robust financial analysis capabilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-driven and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
