Our Digital Marketing Organization is looking for a Finance Specialist Temp to join our IT Services team part-time. As a Finance Specialist Temp on the IT Support Services team, you will be responsible for coding credit card transactions within our Digital Marketing Organization, processing/submitting invoices for payment, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring financial governance, and preparing financial reports to monitor trends and assist with data driven decision. You will aid in identifying cost savings, tracking contracts, communicate and follow-up with vendors, etc. This role will be supervised by our IT Finance Specialist and report to one of our Sr IT Directors, over IT Support Services. Responsibilities Coding all IT Services credit card transactions Submitting all invoices for payment Maintaining budgets Following up on missing invoices or expected invoices Contract submissions to Cobblestone Renewal reminders for contract/invoice owners Annual budget preparation Audit, analytics, benchmarks Monthly reconciliation with Finance Contract tracking Communication and follow up with partners Follow up on payments Keeps all addressees, emails, and contact info for all contracts up to date. Reviews snail mail for any invoices that come to us that way. Looks for savings, co-term, moves invoices renewals out of Q4 Qualifications Microsoft Excel Good with numbers / High attention to Detail Quick learner / Sense of Urgency / Not afraid to ask questions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extreme Ownership / Accountability Education & Years of Experience Junior or Sr in College w/ accounting/finance or business emphasis Preferred Macros / Automation LEAN Manufacturing / Process Improvement

For this position, we offer a pay range of $18.26 - 27.40 hourly , with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
