Fire Alarm Client Service Managers(CSMs) are responsible for all contract, install and reactive service work at Enterprise customer sites across the country and provide support and managerial assistance to over 100 field service branches that service these sites. Responsibility will include providing a single point of contact for customers, providing consistent, consolidated services, documentation and pricing and billing models to customer that drive business efficiencies and cost saving for customers. Act as a technical expert in the areas of installation/expansion/maintenance/service of Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression, Extinguisher, Emergency Lights, Fire Damper system, etc.
As a Fire Alarm Client Service Manager, you will:
Manage assigned service agreements which include achieving financial, customer satisfaction, and retention targets. Recommend services and solutions to help them achieve better business results and expand our portfolio of offerings.
In conjunction with Sales, develop account strategies to achieve the customers' business goals, leveraging entire service offerings and product portfolio
Work directly with customers to develop comprehensive, integrated service programs across all disciplines
Present Intelligent Infrastructure Solutions (I2S) teaching customers how to leverage the Internet of Things and digitalization to operate and maintain their buildings more efficiently
Finalize service agreement maintenance plans with customers; work with Client Service Administrators to complete maintenance plans
Manage the overall service delivery, ensuring customer expectations are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Participate in the development of a master schedule to deliver Service within the branch, Area, or regionally through Enterprise
Lead quality Assurance activities and support the renewal process
Reconcile and generate service reports for customer meetings
Routinely use the Siemens Service Portal and customer portals for reactive and planned maintenance
Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds, upgrades, and escalations
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
At least 5 years of technical proficiency in the Fire Alarm Industry
At least 5 years of experience in a service-related capacity
SAP and Microsoft Suites knowledge
5% travel required with the position
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree
NICET I Certification
Fire Alarm Industry Knowledge

The pay range for this position is $49,350 - $84,600. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
