ResponsibilitiesAccurately monitor the fire command station.Respond appropriately to fire command station signals & alarms.Responsibly control access to client site or facility through the admittance process.Courteously assist visitors with a legitimate need to gain entry to the facility.Carefully prepare logs or reports as required for the site.Observe and immediately report incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company management, life/safety personnel, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.Other relevant duties may be assigned as they arise.QualificationsCurrent New York State Security Guard License.Current Fire Safety Director Certification (F-89/T-89).Must have excellent concierge, verbal and written communication, and computer skills.Must be able to pass a drug test and stand for long periods, and have prior high-end hotel experience.
