Fire Protection Engineer

Multidisciplinary designfirm is seeking a Fire Protection Engineer to join their Omaha team!


Responsibilities:


Lead the design/preparation of comprehensive fire protection packages
Ensure compliance with intricate federal and local safety regulations
Share technical expertise through high-level teamwork on significant projects
Mentor/train junior staff and guide them in their professional development
Keep current on industry standards and new developments in fire protection technology to advance your expertise
Requirements:


B.S. degree in engineering
5+ years of engineering experience
Passed NCEES Fire Protection Engineering Exam
Experience with Revit preferred
Experience in Data Center/Health Care/Higher Education/Secondary Education/Industrial sectors preferred


Salary is commensurate with experience.
