Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve as the C2 node and maintain Situational Awareness for all operations on a Training Analyst Station (TAS) in the Fire Support TAFF during STX,CPX, and Rotational exercises. Provide analysis on all observations sent up to the TAFF on a designated TAS workstation from all of the Fire Support Division Observer/Controller/Trainers (OCT) in the field. Produce Field and Instrumented AAR products as requested from the TAFF lead and assistant lead analysts in accordance with guidance conveyed from Fire Support Division OC/Ts. Centralize and catalog all habitual data recorded from OC/Ts (5 Requirement, 5988E, TLP, ammo counts, patrol reports, etc). Track down rotational answers for the Fire Support Division TMs through Zulu and HICON elements. Navigate CPOF and TIGERNET IOT find products for Fire Support Division TMs to use in their AARs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma, Five (5) years Active duty, Reserve experience commensurate with the position or 5 years' experience working in a Fire Support position. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Desired:
Active Duty or Reserve experience in an Army field Artillery occupational specialty. Graduation from Battle Staff Course or one of the following schools: Officer Basic, Officer Advance Course or Advanced NCO Course.
Security Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required.
