Firmwide Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services Manager, Business Analyst

RSM's Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services team provides a strategic bridge between business development, practice leadership, customers, and internal operations.
This newly created team offers the opportunity to work in a startup type environment and help build the offering from the beginning and help shape the future of the Managed Services Practice.
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with our sales enablement, business development, Catamaran delivery, and go-to-market teams.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these areas and will gather and analyze requirements on a per-product/complex-solution basis.
These requirements will be used to create a comprehensive service catalog and roadmap for our Solution Governance team, work across teams to assess and support sales readiness (RFS), work across teams to assess and support delivery readiness (RFD), and manage changes to our service catalog.
The role includes maintaining product documentation, version control and the service catalog content to facilitate the success of our teams in bringing new business to the firm.
Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales enablement, business development, and go-to-market teams to gather and document requirements for each product. Analyze and optimize business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to support sales and marketing strategies. Collaborate with delivery teams in the respective service lines, the SDMO, the Solution Architects, the DASH team, the Commerical team and others as needed, to ensure delivery readiness prior to launching new services into the market. Develop and maintain detailed requirement specifications, documentation, and process flow diagrams. Contribute to a comprehensive service catalog and roadmap for the product development team based on gathered requirements. Assess and evaluate sales readiness, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary training, systems, tools, collateral and knowledge. Manage service catalog changes, ensuring updates are accurately reflected and communicated. Maintain product documentation version control, ensuring all changes are tracked and documented. Regularly update and maintain the content of the service catalog to reflect current offerings and capabilities. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and objectives. Support the creation of training materials and documentation for sales and delivery teams. Provide strategic recommendations for current and upcoming service catalog work. Assist product owners and managers with backlog management. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within a large client facing organizationBA degree in Business, IT or related fieldStrong technical and process improvement experienceOutstanding verbal and written communication skills

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role.
The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $108,400 - $217,800
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
