We are seeking a highly skilled First Class CNC Vertical Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience operating CNC vertical mills, specifically Haas machines, and a background in Mastercam programming.
You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC mills to produce high-quality precision parts.
salary: $60,000 - $105,000 per year

Responsibilities
Operate and program Haas CNC Vertical Milling machines efficiently and accurately. Program CNC machines using Mastercam to create precision components. Set up and adjust machine settings according to job specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents. Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure they meet tight tolerances and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with engineers and other machinists to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 50lbs working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
Skills CNC (1 year of experience is required) Mastercam (1 year of experience is required) Vertical Mill machine set up metal fabrication Hass machine
