Responsibilities
• Serve as a role model to members and Y staff• Greet and assist all members and potential members• Monitor facility access and enforce policies• Show members how to use equipment• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center and lobby• Report member and visitor comments and concerns• Participate in YMCA financial development efforts• Adhere to all YMCA policies and procedures• Maintain certifications and pursue further development• Adhere to schedule and attend required meetings
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Previous customer service experience required• Working knowledge of computer systems preferred• Must be able to pass background check• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required• Must be able to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds• Must be able to reach, handle, see, talk, and hear
