Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage flavor creation initiatives from customer requests to meet project objectives while adhering to industry regulations, customer restrictions, and consumer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain expertise and leverage relevant creative work into HNC Taste categories (Early life nutrition, medical nutrition, dietary supplements, pharma and nutrition improvement)
Regularly taste new raw materials and relevant market products to identify new opportunities and understand market dynamics.
Take advantage of proactive projects to extend the use of dsm-firmenich ingredients to differentiate flavors and create new maskers, modulators and tonalities following the market needs
Share knowledge through appropriate tools and participate in the deployment of global projects to the region.
Collaborate with operations, quality and support functions to optimize flavors and improve profitability

You bring
Flavorist with chemistry or food science education
Min 5 years relevant experience in formulation
Experience in Maskers and Taste Modulations, Sweet Goods, Pharma categories and technologies
Second language is a plus
Curious, open-minded with good communication and networking skills
Able to manage within an international matrix organization
