As a Fleet Energy Manager, your role is to establish efficient routes, methods, and timing to ensure a continuous supply of energy needed for the company's fleet vehicles. You will be at the forefront in managing all energy personnel for a smooth and efficient operation. Key ResponsibilitiesRoute Optimization: Establish efficient routes, methods, and timing to ensure a continuous supply of energy for the company's fleet vehicles.Capacity Management: Ensure that every fleet vehicle is filled to the desired capacity before being delivered for operation.Personnel Management: Manage all energy personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Charging Station Coordination: Design and control the flow of vehicles in and out of the charging stations.Safety Supervision: Supervise and enforce the safety of operations personnel, vehicles, equipment, and other assets.Cross-Department Collaboration: Cooperate with other fleet divisions as needed.Operational Support: Provide support for overall operations.BenefitsUpon successfully completing 90 days of employment as a Fleet Manager, you will become eligible for a range of benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being:
