GPAC has partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growing trucking company based in Northeast Indiana, who is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing start-up companies, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving performance metrics.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a fleet of up to 20 drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.Supervise a team of three dispatchers, providing leadership and support.Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for the fleet to optimize vehicle performance and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with DOT paperwork and regulations, keeping the company in adherence to industry standards.Utilize expertise to contribute to the success and growth of the company, particularly in the context of start-up operations.Experience in the produce logistics industry is a plus.Requirements:Proven experience in successfully managing start-up companies in the trucking or logistics industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Proficient in DOT regulations and paperwork.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary.Performance bonus based on meeting specified metrics.Relocation stipend for qualified candidates.100% paid benefits for the employee.If you are a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for success and meet the above qualifications, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
