We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain.
Responsibilities Driver Community Management (drive culture)Carrier, Owner Operator, and Driver RecruitmentRegional Supplier Relationship and KPI ManagementRegional cost analysis and contract executionRegional intelligence (pricing, market outlook, etc.
)Competitor information/evaluationSystem updates, region-specific, and driver improvementDriver evaluationCoordinate Training/onboardingCoordinate with HSE & Compliance Manager for risk & communications with drive teamsOther duties and special projects as assignedQualifications 5+ years of truck operations or related experienceFleet Management training & on-boarding experienceMust possess the ability to understand, teach, and train drivers on technology and phone applications50% travel into the fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashionAbility to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projectsAbility to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organizationPay range and compensation package Compensation: $80-95k
