Fleet Sales Representative

Sterling Automotive is seeking motivated sales professionals who are in search of a challenging and highly rewarding career! 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging in door-to-door outreach to local businesses, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and managing the entire fleet sales process. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping businesses meet their fleet needs with tailored solutions, including insurance, warranties, and other fleet-related services. 
Key Responsibilities:  Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses to introduce and promote our fleet sales servicesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and other key decision-makersOversee the end-to-end fleet sales process, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, and closing the salePresent tailored solutions that include fleet vehicles, insurance packages, warranties, and additional value-added servicesProvide exceptional support to customers throughout the fleet acquisition process and ensure a seamless handoverIdentify potential businesses and opportunities for fleet sales by staying informed about local industries and market trendsWork closely with internal teams, including finance and service departments, to ensure smooth execution of fleet dealsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools. Qualifications:  Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quicklySelf-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skillsAbility to understand and explain fleet-related services, including insurance and warranty optionsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsValid driver's license and reliable transportation for business visitsWhy Choose Sterling?
