Seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in a flexible, part-time, W2 opportunity conducting in-home health risk assessments. Details of the Position: Role:  Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, W2) A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat. Responsibilities:  Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
