How will you make an impact in this role?
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join a fast-paced leading aviation organization.The dispatcher, in conjunction with team, will closely coordinate with executive customers to ensure flights are scheduled and proper flight plans, permits, slots, and waivers are obtained.Collaborate with flight crews and maintenance personnel as required, ensuring that flights are dispatched safely and within company and FAA regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities include: 
Schedule and coordinate executive travel schedules
Assign crews to aircraft to fulfill flight needs
Coordinate required services with vendor partners, i.e. FlightPro Intl, Collins Aerospace, ARINCDirect, G3 Visas
Ensure proper over flight and landing permits/slots are in place
Ensure custom and TSA waivers are submitted and approved
Monitor flight progress
Coordinate with maintenance departing and schedule routine and AOG maintenance events
Provide flight crews with flight plan and weather information
Run dispatch FRAT throughout the flight life cycle
Utilization of Aviation Fatigue Meter to combat crew fatigue
Enter postflight data into Flight Operations System
Ensure crew and passengers have required passport and visas
On call rotation after normal working hours, weekend and holidays to schedule aircraft and monitor and update flight operations
Other Duties assigned by the Director, Scheduling and Dispatch

Minimum qualifications: 
Knowledge of SEC and IRS reporting requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Demonstrated knowledge of the scheduling and dispatch function, Safety Management System, Aviation scheduling software, and FAA regulations.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Maintain proactive approach to flight operations.
Ability to handle change.

Preferred qualifications: 
Bachelor of Arts preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in Part 91 or Part 135 operations.
Experience working with C-Suite Level.
Knowledge of Flight Operation Systems/Scheduling software.
Ability to read and interpret Weather and Notam products.
Knowledge of aircraft performance.
Experience in flight planning domestic and international flights.

Salary Range: $40.85 to $72.10 hourly + bonus + benefits
