Responsibilities
• Provide quality care to residents in multiple centers• Float to multiple locations/centers as needed• Communicate effectively with residents and team members• Observe and assess residents' conditions• Organize and manage tasks efficiently• Demonstrate compassion and care for others• Ensure residents' safety and well-being• Document and maintain accurate medical records• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams• Continuously learn and grow in the field of geriatric care
Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license• Experience in geriatric care• Strong communication and observational skills• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Compassionate and caring attitude• Ability to work effectively in a team• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures• Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping• Willingness to float to multiple locations/centers
