Salary: $70K - $95K annual base, based on experience and location, with additional bonus potential.
Travel Requirement: This role requires extensive travel of up to 90%, nationwide, including overnight stays. This team member must reside near an airport to support frequent travel needs.
Job Description:Assist in a management capacity within a portfolio of real estateTravel to assigned properties which may be out of state to aid in the day-to-day property operations and management activitiesAchieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and collections effortsMaintain high occupancy levelsDevelop marketing plans while remaining informed of market conditions and understanding competitive pricingPrepare and render all requested operational and financial data to your Regional Manager in a timely mannerMaintain a high-quality on-site team through effective management training, setting and communicating clear standards, and leading the team in fulfilling their highest potentialImplement or direct the implementation of all policies and procedures in the company policy and procedures manualsLead daily/weekly inspirational and directional team meetingsDeliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, resolving issues and concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience at every interactionOversee and support maintenance team members by monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations and high-quality maintenance servicesEnsure that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safeSchedule vendors to ensure that all vacant units are kept ready for occupancyVisually inspect grounds, buildings, and apartment units on a regular basisComplete and analyze market surveysOther related tasks as neededSpecial Requirements:Physical Demands:The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms, and hands. The employee may occasionally be required to climb. Employee will be required to work at a personal computer and talk on the phone for extended periods of time. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends, as needed.Attendance/Travel:This role requires extensive travel of up to 90%, including overnight stays.This position is a full-time position and will require availability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
