Kuhn Raslavich, P.A., a plaintiff's civil litigation firm in Tampa, Orlando, and Boca Raton, Florida, seeks a mid to senior-level attorney experienced in handling and litigating flood insurance claims.
The attorney will handle cases where the firm represents property owners in flood insurance and other first-party insurance disputes.
Job duties will include: Drafting and arguing motions.
Drafting pleadings and discovery documents.
Taking and defending depositions.
Attending mediations.
Conducting trials.
Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events.
Federal Court litigation experience is required.
