The attorney will handle cases where the firm represents property owners in flood insurance and other first-party insurance disputes. Job duties will include: - Drafting and arguing motions. - Drafting pleadings and discovery documents. - Taking and defending depositions. - Attending mediations. - Conducting trials. - Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events. Federal Court litigation experience is required.
