Floor Tech Nc

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician! that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.


Responsibilities
Vacuuming
Mopping
Extraction (wet/dry)
Carpet spot removal
Move furniture before/after clean
Communicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications
1+ year Floor Tech experience required
Experience in the janitorial industry required
Experience in running a floor scrubber
Must be able to pass drug test and background check
Experience with side x side machine and floor scrubber
Custodial experience

Shift: 2nd
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.00
