Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to a senior patient population with Medicare Advantage coverage. Manage a typical daily caseload of 12 – 15 patients. Work collaboratively with a full support team to optimize patient outcomes. Focus on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and patient education. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
