Description:Fluid Systems Engineer - Level 4




We are Lockheed Martin




Lockheed Martin is looking for an Engineer possessing the ability to design, analyze, and integrate Fluid Systems (e.g.
Fuel, Hydraulic, ECS) to support the development of new/future aircraft.
The successful candidate will interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to determine interfaces and systems requirements.
Experience with design, analysis, integration and development of aircraft systems.
The individual must be able to partner with system design teams and maintain the overall vehicle system architectures based on the aircraft mission requirements.
Experience with the development of performance specification and statement of work (SOW) for vendor selection process.
Interface with various suppliers for selection of candidate subsystem hardware.
Integrate subsystem hardware with the aircraft.

Marietta, GA


This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta.


Basic Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (equivalent STEM degree program considered).




- Experience with fluid system architecture, integration, analysis, or maintenance.


Desired Skills:


- Prior technical experience with fluid system architecture, design, analysis, and/or supplier management.


- Background in the design and integration of aircraft subsystems


- Experience with AMESim, Catia V5, and MATLAB


- Experience with aerospace industry supplier management


Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.


Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.


Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
