Job Details: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $18-24/hr Based on Experience Employment Type: Contract to hire! Responsibilities: As a Follow Up Representative, you'll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for: Handling the export, import, and submission of claims across systems Overseeing medical billing collections and conducting follow-up procedures Addressing insurance denials and correcting underpayment discrepancies Conducting thorough reviews of medical claims for accuracy Troubleshooting and resolving obstacles to claim resolution Maintaining precise documentation and performing efficient data entry Confirming patient health insurance benefits Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is required Minimum of 1 year experience as a Follow Up Medical Biller is essential Understanding of CPT and ICD-10 codes is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience using EMR systems such as Epic/Navinet is preferred
