Responsibilities
• Managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations• Managing budgets and controlling costs• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction• Developing menus• Managing inventory• Leading and managing a team• Working in a fast-paced, high-end establishment• Working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to manage budgets and control costs• Proficient in menu planning and development• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays• ServSafe certification is a plus
