Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities: Providing overall leadership and ensuring accountability for property operations. Overseeing all food and beverage operations. Assuming financial responsibility with GM by creating budgets, driving revenue, and managing expenses. Will report to the GM. Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications: Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of success. 2+ years in a Manager role in the hospitality industry Multi-revenue concepts preferred $1.5+ million of annual sales volume experience  Solid tenure, no job hoppers Positive attitude Food & Beverage Manager Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits.
