IDEAL CANDIDATES
We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
This is Regular Full Time position.
As a F&B Manager you will be responsible for:
Leading F&B and Service operations in Terras restaurant.
Opening, operating and closing duties, staff hiring, training and coaching/discipline procedures, creating unique guest experiences Generate staffing schedules on a weekly basis that are in alignment with current forecasts; Control labor costs and overtime.
Prepare daily and weekly payroll sheets in addition to daily accounting procedures as required.
Review financial transactions and expenses in order to optimize operating efficiency and establish effective cost controls to insure budget limitations are not exceeded.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to eliminate and prevent waste.
Estimate Food Services costs, purchase supplies and requisition goods from the Food Services storeroom to ensure that the department is always at optimum stock levels.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS Two to three years' experience as Food & Beverage Manager or leadership role Previous hotel/resort experience preferred Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required Be able to work in a standing position and outdoors for long periods of time Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
