Food & Beverage Manager Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive individual with a passion for creating high-quality menu items and an exceptional knowledge of food safety and sanitation. The ideal candidate is a responsible individual who can lead and manage a kitchen/restaurant staff and oversee all back of house operations.
What we're looking for: Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experienceKitchen Experience Proven track record in managing COGS and laborServSafe certified or able to complete certificationMust be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidaysResponsibilities: Manage all food and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standardsLead team by attracting, recruiting, and trainingComply with all health and safety regulationsMaximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagementWhy join our team?
