Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager organizes, directs, and supports all aspects of dining within the designated Outlet including overseeing Beach Pavilion, Champions, and Discovery Cafe.

Schedules to ensure appropriate coverage based on anticipated business volume. Runs the shift according to Callaway Standards. Strives for 100% guest satisfaction; takes immediate steps to resolve any guest issues. Conducts pre-shift meetings to train, coordinate, and communicate important items relative to the shift. Manages all Team Members in a fair, respectful, and professional manner. Steps in to assist "on the floor" in any position when needed. Supervises up to 25 Team Members. Handles cash/financial transactions. Reviews financial transactions and monitors budget to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations. Conducts inventory on a prescribed schedule. The preferred candidate will have:

A minimum of three years relevant restaurant experience in a supervisory/managerial role. Excellent guest service skills are critical to the success of this position. Experience in resorts. Valid driver's license. Ability to make decisions leading to improved service & quality. Willingness to work weekends and holidays when our Outlets are at their busiest. Physical requirements include:

Ability to lift up to 30#/exert up to 50# of force. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Ability to withstand extreme temperatures.
