The Food and Beverage Sales Assistant position is a vital role at A'BriTin.
This position assists the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Food & Beverage Lead Sales Coordinators, and Executive Senior Manager of Venue Relations in creating meaningful connections with clients and bringing their events to life.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, competitive, have a positive outlook, and enjoy interacting with others.
Even if you don't have direct experience, A'BriTin will train motivated and enthusiastic people!
Handling administrative duties for the sales department team.
Assisting management team members and executives as needed Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team when required.
Handling customer and staff inquiries enthusiastically and professionally.
Support the team in seeking new business opportunities, such as corporate events, residential gatherings, weddings, and galas.
Aid in preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing, and follow proper etiquette when answering phone calls.
Always thinking of how to add additional value to client experience.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Provide excellent customer service.
