Responsibilities:
Bring dishes from the kitchen to the correct person at the correct table in the dining room.
Graciously and confidently explain the dishes to members and guests.
Clearly and effectively communicate and call-back with the Chef(s)/Expo Assist service team with needs on the floor, and culinary team with needs in the kitchen Assist with special requests and accommodate member and guest needs Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas Assist in preparing for special events and private functions as needed Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times Qualifications:
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Must be clear, confident and hospitable when calling-back to Expo and explaining dishes tableside.
Must remember table and seat numbers to appropriately drop each dish.
