Job description Lupi & Iris is looking a few great Food Runners to join our team! High volume restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Stand alongside the expediting chef in a fast-paced kitchen ensuring each guest gets the correct dish.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
become familiar with all menu items, dishes, accompaniments, & sauces become an expert in table numbers & position numbers deliver the correct food to guests assist servers if needed sidework throughout shift such as polishing silverware and sorting plateware maintain a clean & safe work environment follow opening & closing procedures follow food and safety guidelines
