The Food Service Host - As Needed is responsible for assembling, delivering & retrieving patient meals.
$16.80/hr minimum - $21.00/hr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
Maintains clean work area following all safety and sanitation guidelines Enters and reports cash transactions. Adjusts meals to meet the needs of the patient while following doctor's orders Keeps all work areas adequately stocked with food, condiments, beverages and service ware. Washes dishes and utensils following Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines in all actions. Delivers and retrieves trays using required patient identifiers in all interactions. Attractively and accurately assembles patient trays. Follows established portion control guidelines when serving food and beverages Responsible for service to retail operations. Prepares meals using approved food sanitation practices Sweeps and mops floors using approved methods. High School diploma or equivalent preferred Food Service Sanitation required for SJMH Allergen Certification required. 6 months previous experience in food service COVID vaccination
